A fringe of tiny, tinkling disc beads in montana blue (storm grey-blue) glass, shot through with goldstone adds drama and warmth to these classic Balinese silver hearts.

Handwired on to 925 stamped sterling silver French earwires, the drop on these is 1.5"/4cm, and the weight is Light.

~*Goldstone or Aventurina*~ is a man made semi-precious stone comprising of smelted Copper salts, giving a red-brown glittery stone. Used extensively in high-quality beads to create a rich, glittering, old gold effect.
Goldstone was discovered in the Seventeenth Century by the Miotti family of Venice, who were granted an exclusive license to make it by the Doge of the time. Goldstone has many of the metaphysical properties of copper, including fortifying the circulatory system, strengthening bones, and easing arthritic pain.*~
