Postage and Shipping

Postage and shipping is FREE to anywhere in the World!
All orders are sent by Royal Mail: a total under £25 is normally sent UK Second Class unless urgent (let me know if you require First Class), or Airmail for overseas. Orders above this amount are sent First Class Recorded or Airmail Signed-For. ALL items to Italy are sent Airmail Signed-For.

I despatch everything within one working day (i.e.Monday to Friday) of receiving payment, and you will get an email confirming receipt of cleared payment, despatch date and a tracking number if applicable.

Delivery Times

UK Second Class generally takes 2-3 days. However this can take up to seven days during Royal Mail's busy periods. Airmail takes about a week to ten days to Europe, the US and Canada, and Worldwide it's one to three weeks depending on the reliability of your postal service and your location. There may be delays caused by your Customs service on more expensive items.

If you haven't received your item within this timescale, please check with your local parcel office first (sometimes failed delivery notifications get lost!), then email me to trace, replace or refund.

Gifts and Wrapping

All my pieces come appropriately wrapped in tissue or giftwrap, and bubblewrap for protection. If you'd like a particular colour or style of wrapping, or a card inserting, just let me know.

With gifts, unfortunately the insurance provided by Google/PayPal and your credit card company only covers us both if I ship to your registered credit/debit card address - please check this is the same as your Google/PayPal address. This can be inconvenient if you're in a hurry, but it helps prevent fraud and identity theft.
